Service request forms

When you send a request, we receive what you typed: name, phone, email if you gave one, address, city, preferred date and time, and your description of the problem. The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign tags in that link. We use this to call you back and schedule the job.

The request is handled by our website host (Vercel) and delivered as an email through an email delivery service (Resend) to the SmartWay office. If you gave an email address, the same service sends you a confirmation. We do not sell your details and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

Online booking

The "Book Service" and "Pick a time online" links open our scheduling provider, Housecall Pro, in a new tab. What you enter there is covered by Housecall Pro's privacy policy.

Maps

The Contact and Service Areas pages embed a Google map of our shop. Google may set cookies and record your visit to that map under Google's privacy policy.

Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics counts visits, page views, button clicks and successful service requests. It is off until you choose Accept analytics. Declining does not affect forms, booking or any other part of the site. Advertising features are disabled.

We do not send your service-request fields, phone number or email address to Analytics. Page addresses and referral sources omit query strings and fragments. Google processes Analytics data under its privacy policy. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keep Analytics off.

Cookies and storage

If you accept Analytics, Google sets Analytics cookies. We keep your Analytics choice in this browser so you do not need to choose on every page. You can change it above; declining stops Analytics and removes its cookies for this site. It keeps campaign tags from the link you arrived on in your browser's session storage, only for the current tab, so a service request can record where it came from.
