SmartWay offers three HVAC memberships, each with two maintenance visits per year. Basic is $15 per month; Commercial Basic and Comprehensive are $25 per month.
All three plans are HVAC memberships and continue until canceled.

The additional scheduling and out-of-hours benefits listed under Comprehensive apply to that plan. Commercial Basic covers HVAC equipment. Commercial refrigeration maintenance is a separate service.
Spring and summer check-up
Each plan includes these air conditioning checks.
- Clean and inspect condenser coils
- Check refrigerant levels and pressures
- Inspect electrical components and connections
- Test thermostat operation
- Inspect the blower motor and fan
Air filters: Basic and Commercial Basic include checking filters. Comprehensive includes checking and replacing filters. Commercial Basic lists a filter add-on at $3 per month.
Fall and winter check-up
Each plan includes these heating checks.
- Inspect and clean the furnace or heat pump
- Check the heat exchanger for cracks
- Test and calibrate the thermostat
- Inspect and clean burners and ignition systems
- Check the flue for proper venting
- Check gas pressure and connections
- Test safety controls
