The crew

About 10 technicians work out of the shop in McKinney, covering air conditioning, heating and appliance repair.

The vans are lettered with the SmartWay name and the license number, the technicians wear SmartWay shirts, and they carry the common parts for the job.

How a SmartWay visit goes

You book online or by phone. The technician diagnoses the problem, shows you what failed, and tells you the price before the repair starts. If it makes more sense to replace the equipment than fix it, you hear that too.

Diagnostic fees run from $65 to $85. Check the pricing page for each service and its fee-waiver terms.
The technician carries common parts. If yours has to be ordered, it is installed on a return visit.
Open 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm.
We accept Zelle, credit cards, checks and cash.

License and insurance

SmartWay holds Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor License TACLA00108954C, issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. It is printed on every van.

SmartWay carries General Liability insurance.

We warranty our repairs. Ask for the terms that apply to your repair.
