SmartWay was founded in McKinney in 2018. Our technicians repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, freezers, ice makers, garbage disposals and microwaves in homes across Collin County. We also offer dryer vent cleaning.
The technician diagnoses the appliance at your home, tells you what failed, and tells you the price before any work starts. Many repairs are finished on the first visit. If a part has to be ordered, it is installed on a return visit.

Is the service call fee waived if I get the repair?
The fees marked waived with repair in our price list are waived when you approve the repair. Ask about garbage-disposal waiver terms, and call for microwave repair and dryer vent cleaning pricing.
Do you carry parts on the van?
The technician carries common parts. Anything else is ordered and installed on a return visit.
Should I repair or replace an old appliance?
The technician will tell you straight. A pump or element on a 10-year-old washer is usually worth fixing. A control board on a 15-year-old dishwasher usually is not.
Do you repair built-in and premium brands?
Yes, including Bosch, KitchenAid, Frigidaire Professional, GE Profile and Sub-Zero refrigerators. Tell us the brand and model when you book.
