Two things are true of every SmartWay job: you know the diagnostic fee before we come out, and you know the repair price before the repair starts.

Repair prices include the part and the labor. Installations and replacements are quoted at your home after the technician looks at the existing system.

Common questions
When is the diagnostic fee waived?
The fees marked waived with repair in the tables are waived when you approve the repair. Ask about garbage-disposal waiver terms. Call for microwave repair and dryer vent cleaning pricing.
Is the $85 tune-up per visit or per system?
Per system. A house with two air conditioners is $170 for both in the same visit.
What does the $15 per month maintenance plan include?
Basic includes two maintenance visits per year, 5% off repairs, priority scheduling, a discount off normal diagnostic charges and exclusive member promotions. One additional AC system is $7.50 per month. The plan continues until canceled.
Do you offer financing?
Not at the moment. We accept Zelle, credit cards, checks and cash.
What does the $85 AC tune-up include?
$85 per system: inspect coolant levels and pressure; check and adjust the thermostat; inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors and relays; inspect the evaporator coil; inspect and clean the condenser; inspect the condensate drain, outdoor disconnect, condenser fan motor and blades, and compressor at startup; provide recommendations for additional maintenance or repairs.
